At USA SINKS LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we're here to help. Please review our return policy below for full details.
1. Return Window
You may return most eligible items within 7 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused, uninstalled, and in original, undamaged packaging
- Be in resellable condition
- Include all original parts, manuals, and accessories
Non-eligible items include:
- Custom, made-to-order, or special-order products
- Items that have been installed, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Items returned without authorization
3. If Your Product Is Damaged at the Time of Delivery
We take great care in packaging, but damage can occasionally occur during transit.
- Inspect your order at the time of delivery.
- If you notice visible damage to the box or product, please ask the delivery driver to make a note of the damage on their delivery record.
- If the damage appears significant, you may refuse to accept the delivery and contact us immediately.
- Take clear photos of the damage (including packaging) and email them to us at info@usa-sinks.com within 48 hours.
This documentation helps us file a claim and arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
4. How to Start a Return
To request a return, contact our customer service team at info@usa-sinks.com or 1-407-366-6137 within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide:
- Your order number
- A brief explanation of the reason for return
- Photos, if the item is damaged or defective
If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and a return authorization number.
5. Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining your receipt
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order.
