When will my order be delivered?
We begin preparing your order within 24 hours of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays). Once it's processed, you'll receive a confirmation email with your estimated delivery date and a tracking number.

Can I Return my product?
Yes, you can return most kitchen and bath products within 7 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Items that have been installed, used, or damaged are not eligible for return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
