Damaged Items Policy

At USA SINKS LLC, we take every precaution to ensure that your kitchen and bath products arrive in perfect condition. However, damage during shipping can occasionally occur. Please review our damaged items policy carefully to ensure a smooth resolution.
1. Inspect Your Order at Delivery
We strongly recommend that you inspect all items at the time of delivery, before signing for them.
- If you see visible damage to the packaging or product, ask the delivery driver to note the damage on their delivery slip or electronic device.
- If the damage appears significant, you may refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.
- Take clear photos of the damage, including the item, packaging, and shipping label, while the delivery driver is present if possible.
2. Report Damages Within 48 Hours
To qualify for a replacement, repair, or refund, you must report damaged items within 48 hours of delivery.

- Your order number
- A brief description of the damage
- At least 2–3 clear photos of the damage and packaging
3. What Happens Next
Once we receive your damage report:
- Our team will review the issue and confirm whether the item qualifies for a replacement, repair, or refund
- In some cases, we may arrange for pickup or inspection of the damaged product
- If approved, a replacement will be shipped as soon as possible, or a refund will be processed to your original payment method
4. Important Notes
- Do not install or use a damaged item—doing so voids eligibility for return or replacement
- Keep all original packaging until your claim is resolved
- Damage claims submitted after 48 hours may be denied due to shipping carrier limitations
